Custom Nutrition Plans

While all of the food we prepare and recommend at Battle Conquer is fresh and healthy, each guest has different nutritional needs that we carefully consider along with their training goals and metabolic state.

On top of that, our trainers and coaches will observe your performance daily and adjust your meal plan on the fly to ensure you’re getting adequate nutrition.

What you can expect:

  • An overview of your fat, carbs, and protein needs
  • Recommendations for types and sources of fat, carbs, or protein(veggies, starches, animal vs. plant, etc.)
  • Daily assessment of your performance, energy, and overall mental state
  • Adjustments to your individual plan based on the above info
