By making a reservation with Muay Thai Battle Conquer (MTBC) via our website, booking platforms, or direct communication, you acknowledge that your booking constitutes a contractual agreement and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
All retreat and accommodation rates are dynamic and may change at any time based on availability, demand, seasonality, promotions, or operational factors.
The rate confirmed at the time of booking — once deposit or full payment has been made — is the final agreed price for the reservation. Subsequent promotions or price reductions will not be applied retrospectively.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining 50% balance is automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival using the original payment method.
Late Bookings:
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to collect balance payments may result in cancellation with loss of deposit.
All payments, including deposits, balances, package upgrades, and additional services, are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
MTBC operates a strict no-refund policy covering:
Retreat packages
Training
Accommodation
Add-on services
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, early departures, illness, injury, travel disruption, personal emergencies, or unused services.
Guests are responsible for arranging adequate travel and medical insurance.
Cancellations at any time remain non-refundable.
No rescheduling policy is offered.
No-shows are cancelled after 24 hours with full payment retained.
Accommodation is subject to availability. MTBC reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of equal standard, including private room, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning.
Amendments are discretionary and may include:
$50 USD admin fee
Seasonal price adjustments
Loss of promotional rates
Current offers cannot be applied to amended bookings.
Training schedules, class formats, and instructors may change without notice based on operational needs.
From time to time, Muay Thai Battle Conquer (MTBC) may run promotional campaigns, discounts, or special offers.
By booking under a promotional rate, I understand and agree that:
Promotions are valid for new bookings only unless otherwise stated.
Promotions may be limited to first-time guests only.
Offers apply only within the stated booking and travel window.
Promotional rates apply to bookings of 2 weeks or more unless specified otherwise.
Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, referral reward, or deal.
Promotional bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
If I amend my booking, I may lose the promotional rate and be re-priced at the current standard rate.
Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
MTBC reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
All disputes must be raised with on-site management during the stay and resolved prior to check-out. Post-departure disputes will not be considered.

Final charged amounts may vary due to:
Exchange rates
Foreign transaction fees
Currency conversion charges
Intermediary bank fees
All banking and card processing fees — including those charged to MTBC — may be passed on and added to the booking total.
Guests accept responsibility for all payment processing charges.
