All payments are final
I understand that all payments made, deposits and balance payments, for the packages listed and for any extra activities bought separately that they are final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Balance payments are automatically debited by card payment 14 days before the arrival date.
No refund policy
I understand that MTBC has a strict no refund policy for their packages, training, accommodation or any other service bought and paid for including deposits and balances made. MTBC is not responsible for loss of training or activities or for me having to cancel my package due to illness, injury, emergency situations, acts of God, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If I decide to travel during my stay MTBC will not refund for any days where I have not been on site due to my alternative travel plans.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that in the event of cancelling my package prior to arrival that the no refund policy applies and that If my holiday has to be cut short for any reason the no refund policy applies. I understand that it is my responsibility to have the correct insurances in place before I travel that can be used to make a claim should any unforeseen event happen. I understand that Battle Conquer does not offer any reschedule policy.
Accommodation is subject to availability
I understand that the accommodation detailed on the website is subject to availability and that MTBC reserves the right to put you in a different accommodation that is private with en-suite shower room and air conditioning.
Changes to package
I understand that the package I have booked is fixed and that any request to change will be dealt with individually and will be subject to certain terms and conditions. Such as $50 USD admin fee will be applied, seasonal price increases may apply and / or loss of any special rate or discount. Any special offer rates at the time of change can not be applied.
Schedule & Package Program
I understand that the schedule and program is subject to change and class styles may vary to the schedule outlined on the website depending on the current teachers style and qualifications.
Disputes
I understand that all disputes must be reported to the acting site manager during the dates of my booking and any dispute should be agreed and settled before checking out. All disputes made after checking out will not be considered.
