Yoga & Meditation Retreat Thailand

Yoga, meditation, detox are all words that resonate with the strive for health (wellness). Our Wellness Package offers yoga 7 days a week, as well as many opportunities to meditate in peaceful settings.

The day starts with an early morning heat building practice to awaken and revive the body ready for our first fitness class of the day, you’ll have the choice of joining in with our Muay Thai classes or continuing your practice by joining our yoga teacher on hike in the countryside, to the waterfall or cave temple set high in the hills with amazing views.

There you will be able to join them in a guided meditation while enjoying the surrounding nature, providing a wonderful detox for your soul. Our teachers will use different techniques to help you deepen your meditation practice drawing in aspects from your surroundings, such as our elements, earth, water and air, the heat from the sun, the sounds and scents of nature.

The Shala.

Shakti Shala | Yoga, Meditation and Detox Resort

Shakti is the Hindu goddess responsible for creation and all dynamic forces in the universe, also known as The Great Divine Mother or The Universal Mother. In yoga and meditation, yogis contemplate Goddess Shakti to understand and access the shakti energy, power and creativity in themselves and the universe, with the hope to understanding how to view their powers as expressions of the universe rather than the ego. Battle Conquer aims to empower their guests by helping them becoming stronger, more powerful and more self confident so naming their Shala after the Hindu Goddess really made sense.
