The day starts with a Sunrise Yoga practice to awaken and prepare your body for the day ahead followed by a journey to a waterfall for mediataion or a countryside hike before returning to Noi's Cafe for a hearty, healthy & filling breakfast.

On site there are two spaces for classes, our Shakti Shala and indoor Naga Studio, both offering a variety of styles of yoga including specialist classes such as Aerial, Acro, Power and Pilates, please ask for our latest schedule.

During our tours and hikes our teachers will use different techniques to help you deepen your meditation practice drawing in aspects from your surroundings, such as our elements, earth, water and air, the heat from the sun, the sounds and scents of nature.


The Shala.

Shakti Shala | Yoga, Meditation and Detox Resort

The Shala is an open space surrounded by palm and mango trees, it’s large canopy provides shade yet still allows for a cooling breeze to flow through. Swaying hammocks offer an easy place for afternoon relaxation, reading or taking a nap.

Shakti is the Hindu goddess responsible for creation and all dynamic forces in the universe, also known as The Great Divine Mother or The Universal Mother. In yoga and meditation, yogis contemplate Goddess Shakti to understand and access the shakti energy, power and creativity in themselves and the universe, with the hope to understanding how to view their powers as expressions of the universe rather than the ego. Battle Conquer aims to empower their guests by helping them becoming stronger, more powerful and more self confident so naming their Shala after the Hindu Goddess really made sense.

Naga Studio.

Naga Studio | Power Yoga, Yin, Pilates, Aerial

Their newly built indoor studio offers an air conditioned space with brightly coloured Aerial Silks and mirrored wall. Enter through a tradiotional wood carved door nested between two coy carp ponds and red Naga (dragon) statues.

Battle Conquer offer classes seven days a week, up to six per day with a longer session on a Sunday morning, they incorporate pranayama (breath work) asana (poses) and meditation as well as workshops like Intention Journaling and Sharing Circles. You’ll find a variety of styles such as:
  • Soothing Yin for a deeper stretch
  • Aerial
  • Flowing Vinyasa
  • Heat building power yoga
  • Ashtanga
  • Traditional Hatha
  • Pilates
  • Essential Oil Yoga
  • Full Moon Yoga or Meditation
  • Yoga Nidra
Perfect for health and wellness and balancing the yang practice of Muay Thai and our other fitness classes. Although they offer a variety of activities you’ll see from the class schedule that it’s arranged in such a way that you get to pick and choose the classes and activities that you want to do. Feeling full of energy go for Power Yoga, or looking to take a day for recovery try the mango hike, Yin Yoga, a temple visit with guided meditation or an afternoon swim at the lake.

All you need to do is inform staff on enquiry what your main goals are and what you’d like to achieve and they will help you plan and organise your trip so that you get the most out of your experience there, leaving feeling rejuvenated, inspired and empowered.

Unique Experiences | A Divine Meditation Camp in Thailand

Life is stressful, but did you know that meditation is one of the simplest ways that you can effectively reduce it? Battle Conquer really wanted to help people thrive when it came to reducing their stress and anxiety so they have added many opportunities for meditation throughout the week. All of the meditation classes are guided meaning you’ll learn key techniques that you can take away with you enabling you to continue your meditation practice at home.

Meditation is two to three times a day, we start the some mornings with a guided meditation practice that is 30 minutes long, you’ll find meditation in special locations such as our hikes, lakes, jungle waterfalls and pretty temples. The week ends with a special trip out to meet the only English speaking Monk in this province (pictured) here you will learn aspects of Buddhist meditation and teachings from Buddhism.
